Lansdowne Tour Overview

The group tour is designed for a grup of friends, family of max 8-12 Persons to perform meditational activities with basic yoga practices (that can be performed by beginners and inetrmediate level). For a Mind - Body detox and digital detox, this retreat is designed to give the guests complete mind body relaxation.

Lansdowne Tour Itinerary

Day 1
12:00 PM - 02:00 PM:
• Check-in: Guests are welcomed to the geodesic domes with a refreshing Ayurvedic herbal drink.
• Digital Detox Introduction: All electronic devices are collected and stored safely, encouraging a complete disconnect from the digital world. Guests are provided with a journal for mindfulness and reflection throughout their stay.
02:00 PM - 03:00 PM:
• Property Tour and Orientation: Introduction to the natural surroundings, meditation spots, and designated “quiet zones” where talking is discouraged to promote mental detox.
03:00 PM - 04:00 PM:
• Ayurvedic Lunch: Light, detoxifying meal with fresh, local ingredients.
04:30 PM - 06:00 PM:
• Digital Detox Workshop: A guided session on the importance of unplugging, followed by tips on practicing mindfulness and eating habits by a Central Council of Indian Medicine Certified Ayurvedic Physician.
06:00 PM - 06:30 PM:
• Herbal Tea Break: Enjoy a calming herbal tea while watching the misty mountain view, embracing the moment without distractions from the open deck area.

• Guided Meditation: Focused on mental detoxification, letting go of stress, and quieting the mind. (all meditational talks and excercises will be from Advait Vedantic School of Philosophy )
